Why does Contempo require Facebook permissions?
Contempo offers a powerful scheduling feature that allows you to schedule and manage your Facebook posts directly from the application. This feature requires you to authorize Contempo to post on your behalf to Facebook. If you choose not to enable permissions, you will not have access to these features.

Many sites publish to mobile using Facebook Instant Articles. In order for Contempo to track, bill and pay you traffic to these links, Contempo relies on Facebook Insights. Without it, clicks to instant article clicks are not able to be paid.
